Menial Thoughts from Terribly Abstract Thinking

All of society can be divided into two types of people……

Those who are Me and all those who are, by definition, Not Me.

Those who are Me like things such as fall days, butterscotch, dogs named Akeela and movies such as Joe vs. the Volcano, Joe Dirt, and several other movies about good hearted average guys named Joe.

People that are Not Me tend to like various other things which are far too numerous to list here in this humble blog.

Wherever you find yourself in this great scheme of being, whether it be in the Me or Not Me category, remember that you have a place in this colossally beautiful thing called existence and you have a voice to express yourself (although, let me encourage you to do it as kindly as possible).  You also have a brand new day ahead of you in which you get to give and receive mercies new!  You get to love your enemies, and treasure your friends.  You get to hug your family.  Go do that right now!   I’ll wait.

Done?  Good.

Now go out there today with your chin held high and be the best Me or Not Me you can be!

Oh, and if you happen to be Me, can you write yourself a note to pick up some milk tonight in that you keep forgetting.
